




Job Summary: We are seeking an electromechanical technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, and support for automation and control systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs preventive maintenance on motors, pumps, and compressors. 2. Experience in repairing and replacing mechanical and electrical components. 3. Assists in configuring and programming PLCs and control systems. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in Industrial Electromechanics, Machinery and Tools, Mechatronics, or related field. * Age: 20 to 40 years old * Minimum 6 months of experience or recent graduate. (Professional internships count as experience.) * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. **Responsibilities:** **Preventive Maintenance** \*\*• Inspect electric motors, gear reducers, pumps, and compressors. * Lubricate bearings and moving mechanisms. * Verify electrical connections, fuses, and panels. * Measure electrical parameters. **Corrective Maintenance** * Repair or replace damaged motors, contactors, sensors, or switches. * Replace worn mechanical parts. * Rectify faults in electrical control and power systems. * Resolve issues of overheating or abnormal vibrations. **Installations** * Mount motors, electrical panels, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and PLCs. * Install pneumatic and hydraulic systems. * Connect control and power wiring (three-phase and single-phase). * Implement electrical and mechanical protections. **Automation and Control** * Configure sensors, actuators, and electric/pneumatic valves. * Assist in PLC programming and commissioning. * Integrate measuring instruments (flowmeters, pressure switches, thermocouples). * Adjust variable frequency drives and soft starters.
