This role is tailored for individuals passionate about leveraging data to solve business challenges and proficient in managing projects to completion. As a Data Science Consultant, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that influence strategic decision\-making. **Responsibilities** * Lead the design, development, and deployment of ML/AI solutions, offering both technical expertise and strategic guidance * Deploy responsible AI systems, tailoring solutions to client\-specific needs through comprehensive planning and evaluation strategies * Drive the adoption of AI across multiple areas within organizations, spearheading innovative products and processes * Evaluate client challenges and demonstrate how ML/AI solutions can effectively address their needs * Collaborate with data scientists and engineers, mentoring and guiding teams toward improved performance * Track advances in ML/AI technologies, advocating for innovative approaches while adhering to compliance standards * Coordinate interactions between business, legal, and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution * Manage the development of ML solutions, oversee project scopes, and lead teams from initial meeting through to delivery * Cultivate trusted relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining open channels of communication * Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to advance the integration of AI within their operations * Contribute to sales and pre\-sales efforts by assessing data opportunities, responding to RFPs, and crafting compelling proposals **Requirements** * Extensive background in IT with at least 8 years of experience and a strong focus on Data Science * Leadership experience spanning at least 3 years in roles such as Lead, Manager, or Architect within Agile or hybrid environments * Experience managing teams comprising at least 20 members * Completion of 5 or more full project cycles or major product launches * Leadership expertise in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI * Proven success in designing and delivering ML/AI solutions * Knowledge of Machine Learning, including deep learning, statistical methods, and diverse ML models * Capability to influence and align senior stakeholders to gain project support or funding * Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts across varied audiences * Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow * Understanding complex business requirements and translating them into actionable ML/AI solutions * Background in regulated industries or regulatory technology roles * Showcase of cloud platform expertise, including AWS, Azure, or GCP * Advanced proficiency in English for clear communication and relationship management **Nice to have** * Additional qualifications in Data Science or Machine Learning * Background in delivering presentations or hosting workshops centered on AI\-related subjects
