As a Data Science Consultant, you will play a key role in converting data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. **Responsibilities** * Lead the development and implementation of ML/AI solutions while offering both technical leadership and strategic direction * Design responsible AI systems tailored to client needs through careful planning and evaluation methods * Champion AI adoption across organizational units, fostering the creation of new products and solutions * Analyze business challenges faced by clients and demonstrate how ML/AI can effectively address them * Collaborate with data scientists and engineers while mentoring teams to enhance their expertise * Monitor advancements in ML/AI technology and recommend innovative practices that align with regulations * Facilitate coordination among business, legal, and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution * Develop ML models, oversee scopes of work, and manage teams from initial sales to project delivery * Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective communication * Engage senior client stakeholders to advocate for organization\-wide AI adoption * Support sales efforts by assessing data opportunities, preparing responses to RFPs, and creating proposals **Requirements** * A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT complemented by a substantial background in Data Science * Over 3 years in leadership positions such as Lead, Manager, or Architect within Agile or hybrid setups * Experience managing teams of 20 or more members * Participation in several end\-to\-end project cycles or major product launches * Leadership expertise in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI * Proven qualifications in designing and deploying ML/AI solutions * Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques, including deep learning, statistics, and model types * Capability to engage senior stakeholders to secure project resources or funding * Outstanding communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences * Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow * Understanding of translating complex business needs into practical ML/AI solutions * Background in regulatory industries or regulatory technology roles * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP * Advanced proficiency in English for effective collaboration and relationship management **Nice to have** * Showcase of certifications in Data Science or Machine Learning * Competency in public speaking or conducting workshops focused on AI\-related subjects
