As a Data Science Consultant, you will play a key role in turning data into strategic insights that inform decision\-making. **Responsibilities** * Lead the creation, development, and implementation of ML/AI solutions while providing technical leadership and strategic guidance * Design and deploy responsible AI systems tailored to client needs, emphasizing detailed evaluation strategies * Champion AI initiatives across organizational departments, driving innovation through new products and solutions * Analyze business challenges and showcase how ML/AI solutions can effectively address these issues * Collaborate with data scientists and engineers while mentoring teams to enhance performance * Monitor ML/AI technology trends and advocate for best practices aligned with regulatory standards * Facilitate communication among business, legal, and technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless project transitions * Develop ML solutions, manage project scopes, and oversee teams during sales, implementation, and delivery phases * Establish enduring client relationships by ensuring high satisfaction levels and consistent communication * Engage with senior client stakeholders to advocate for AI adoption organization\-wide * Support sales and pre\-sales by evaluating data opportunities, responding to RFPs, and crafting engaging proposal presentations **Requirements** * At least 8 years of experience in IT with a strong background in Data Science * A minimum of 3 years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, or Architect within Agile or hybrid settings * Previous management of teams with at least 20 members * Completion of at least 5 full project cycles or high\-profile product launches * Leadership experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI * Proven showcase of designing and implementing ML/AI solutions * In\-depth knowledge of Machine Learning, including deep learning, statistical methods, and model variations * Capability to influence senior stakeholders to secure project backing * Strong competency in conveying complex technical subjects to varied audiences * Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow * Flexibility to translate intricate business needs into actionable ML/AI solutions * Understanding of work in highly regulated industries or regulatory technology roles * Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP * Advanced proficiency in English to facilitate effective communication and partnerships **Nice to have** * Additional qualifications in Data Science or Machine Learning * Background in public speaking or leading workshops focused on AI topics
