Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanic Assistant eager to learn and grow in the maintenance area for towing and industrial transportation services, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance and engine repairs. At **GTM Salas**, a Mexican company with extensive experience in towing and industrial transportation services, we are looking for a **Mechanic Assistant** eager to learn and develop within the maintenance field. **REQUIREMENTS** * Basic knowledge of diesel or automotive mechanics. * Prior experience as a mechanic’s assistant or technical internships is desirable. * Eagerness to learn and grow within the field. * Responsible and punctual. * Availability for operational work. * Minimum education: Junior high school or technical degree (desirable). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Oil and filter changes, and general vehicle inspections. * Cleaning and organizing the work area. * Assistance in engine and mechanical system repairs. * Basic use of workshop tools. * Direct assistance to the assigned mechanic. **WE OFFER** * Monthly gross salary of $10,000\- $12,000 * Weekly payments (NOT pay-in-advance weekly) * Grocery vouchers starting at the 3rd month: $1,300 * Travel allowances * Paid birthday leave * Employer-designated holidays * Statutory benefits from day one * Continuous training. * Job stability (permanent position) **Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send their application/CV to 5543702647** Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Work location: On-site
