Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Analyst to prepare data, analyze processes, design dashboard reports, and propose continuous improvements for efficiency and cost savings. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of BI projects for process automation GRUPO TRUPER IS SEEKING AN ***OPERATIONS ANALYST*** **WORK LOCATION:** Lago Alberto 442, Anáhuac I Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11320 Ciudad de México, CDMX **REQUIREMENTS** * Availability to travel * Education: Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields * **Intermediate English language proficiency** * **Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, IBM Cognos Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud. Preferred experience with ERP SAP R3 or SAP Hana.** * Strong communication skills * **Minimum 3 years of experience** * Demonstrable employment stability * Residence near the work location * Valid passport **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare data for descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive modeling and analysis across business units. * Analyze and process structured and unstructured data to generate reports, metrics, and operational KPIs. * Design dynamic dashboard reports to present requested information to internal/external clients. * Analyze internal processes across business areas to propose improvements and/or efficiencies in information management (continuous improvement), as well as cost savings through efficiency or optimized usage. * Monitor infrastructure costs and/or expenses (operations), proposing improvements and savings. * Analyze new business processes to identify improvement opportunities through data exploitation. * Implement BI projects, generating improvement proposals to reduce manual tasks and automate data exploitation processes. * Design and build indicators (KPIs) enabling activation and prioritization of audits where higher-risk and operationally impactful trends are emerging. **BENEFITS** * Weekly salary * Subsidized cafeteria service * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Savings box * Life insurance * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Vacation days If you are interested in this position, please apply through this channel or contact us via **WhatsApp at** **55 2068 2651**, asking for **Lic.
