Continuous Improvement Supervisor

Position Summary: We are seeking an engineer or bachelor's degree holder to lead continuous improvement projects, identify opportunities, and standardize processes to foster a culture of optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) 2. Implementation of methodologies for waste reduction 3. Training staff on continuous improvement tools Advanced English is mandatory. Education: Engineering or bachelor's degree, preferably related. Responsibilities: · Identify improvement opportunities in operational and administrative processes. · Lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma). · Analyze processes using tools such as VSM (Value Stream Mapping). · Implement waste reduction methodologies. · Monitor KPIs: efficiency, productivity, quality, costs, cycle times. · Coordinate Kaizen events and improvement workshops. · Standardize processes and document procedures (SOPs). · Train staff on continuous improvement tools. · Manage internal process audits. · Track action plans and ensure effective closure. · Promote an organizational culture oriented toward continuous improvement.
