Integrity, confidentiality, and strategic leadership. ### **Position Objective** Lead, supervise, and optimize the company’s administrative, accounting, financial, and tax compliance management, ensuring timely and reliable information for decision-making, internal control, and sustainable business growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and supervise general accounting, ensuring accurate records, reconciliations, depreciation, provisions, and timely issuance of financial statements and trial balances. * Develop, monitor, and analyze the budget, presenting monthly financial reports with variance analysis and improvement proposals. * Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (tax calculation and payment, tax filings, obligations before authorities and institutions such as IMSS and INFONAVIT). * Supervise credit and collections, validating aging of balances, overdue receivables, and timely recovery. * Manage accounts payable, supplier negotiations, and control of procurement and inventory. * Supervise payroll calculation, incidents, deductions, and labor and tax obligations. * Implement and strengthen internal controls, audits, and administrative processes across corporate and branch offices. * Control assets, operating expenses, advances, accounting documentation, and administrative files. **REQUIRED PROFILE** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Solid knowledge of general accounting, taxation, and financial control. * Experience leading administrative teams. * Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.
