Coordination of teams for project development and execution **SOLESTRA CONSULTORIA EMPRESARIAL is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER in Jalapa, Tabasco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **A MAJOR AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPANY IS SEEKING A PROJECT MANAGER FOR JALAPA, TABASCO.** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Lead and manage the conceptualization, planning, execution, and evaluation of investment projects, asset acquisition, and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as consolidate, update, and ensure compliance with all project metrics according to the company’s established processes and standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive and review preliminary project proposals submitted by Management and/or Department Heads. * Develop Road\-Maps for ongoing projects. * Monitor, track, and update the Road Map for active projects. * Coordinate the development of baseline deliverables for executive projects. * Coordinate the development of detailed execution plans for selected projects. * Develop and monitor project procurement activities. * Request contract preparation. * Participate in the planning and execution of material and equipment tenders with the Procurement team. * Manage kickoff communications and track project execution progress with stakeholders. * Update and administer the budget assigned to projects. **REQUIREMENTS \| KNOWLEDGE:** * **Education:** Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years leading medium- or large-complexity projects, with proven experience managing personnel and budgets. * Microsoft Project * Advanced Excel * Knowledge of industrial construction execution (multidisciplinary) **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary * Biweekly payment * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree — completed **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Agriculture **Skills:** * Road\-Map * Procurement * Microsoft Project *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fa0f433300002d006a1237\&source\=indeed*
