Carry out necessary tasks to ensure equipment operation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repair, diagnostics, consultations, and advice, as well as to extend equipment lifespan and prevent interruptions of kitchen equipment at Ford Mexico facilities. Ensure compliance with departmental policies and implement measures aimed at achieving the organization's strategic objectives, maintaining quality standards and response times within established budgets.
