Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the operation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen equipment, guaranteeing compliance with policies and objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment. 2. Perform diagnostics, repairs, and consultations to extend equipment lifespan. 3. Implement measures to achieve strategic objectives. Carry out necessary tasks to ensure equipment operation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repair, diagnostics, consultations, and advice, as well as to extend equipment lifespan and prevent interruptions of kitchen equipment at Ford Mexico facilities. Ensure compliance with departmental policies and implement measures aimed at achieving the organization's strategic objectives, maintaining quality standards and response times within established budgets.
