Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in industrial and metallurgical projects to optimize processes and resources, and to establish technical criteria and protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in industrial and/or metallurgical projects. 2. Knowledge of LEAN, process optimization, and innovation methodologies. 3. Support and propose improvements to processes, equipment, and tools. *Completed bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field. *Experience in industrial and/or metallurgical projects. *Knowledge of PI System, process optimization, and innovation methodologies. *Proficiency in LEAN tools, advanced Microsoft Office, and research and development techniques. *Experience managing CAPEX, BI, Design Thinking, budgets, and structural costs. *Provide support and propose improvements to processes, equipment, and tools; optimize associated resources and costs. *Establish technical criteria, internal procedures, operational protocols, and industrial and asset security protocols.
