We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist. Responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of Human Resources management processes to secure top talent and achieve a work environment enabling maximum employee productivity. **Responsibilities:** * Ensures compliance with provisions of the Federal Labor Law regarding employment, working conditions, and compensation. * Coordinates and manages employee benefits. * Supervises compliance with the Internal Work Regulations and internal policies. * Supervises and promotes order and discipline among employees. * Executes recruitment and selection processes according to established manuals and procedures. * Manages and maintains the job board database, organized by position, for easy reference. * Prepares and ensures biweekly payroll calculation, coordinating with the accounting firm. * Generates Balanced Scorecard calculations according to procedure. * Conducts, schedules, and presents results of employee performance evaluations. * Conducts, schedules, and presents results of workplace climate evaluations. * Organizes social, sports, and cultural events to foster employee integration. * Administers employee compensation and benefits programs, analyzing additional market-based improvement alternatives. * Develops strategic plans to fill vacancies in the shortest possible time. * Prepares job proposals and personnel hiring recommendations. * Controls and archives physical and digital departmental files. * Creates content and publishes information across various internal communication channels (bulletin boards, Bitrix, newsletters). * Acts as the company’s representative in personnel-related matters. * Prepares, renews, and terminates fixed-term and indefinite-term employment contracts. * Provides written feedback to employees. * Requests access credentials, equipment, and tools for new hires. * Coordinates and delivers onboarding for new hires. * Manages and monitors attendance, schedules, and incentives; archives, records, and publishes such data per procedure. **Requirements and Experience:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field. • English language proficiency at 95%. * Impeccable spelling. * Excellent personal presentation. * Advanced knowledge of labor regulatory frameworks. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in personnel administration. * Proficiency in MS Office applications. * Design and implementation of regulatory frameworks. **Competencies and Skills:** * Self-directed, organized, disciplined, and committed. * Leadership, proactive, and dynamic. * Service-oriented and results-driven. * Negotiation, persuasion, and organizational skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Ability to work effectively in teams. **We Offer:** * Highly competitive compensation. * 12 vacation days upon first company anniversary, with periodic increases. * 2 paid days off starting from the second company anniversary, in addition to vacation days with periodic increases. * Statutory benefits.
