We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist. Responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of Human Resources management processes to secure top talent and achieve a work environment that maximizes employee productivity. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with provisions of the Federal Labor Law regarding employment, working conditions, and compensation. * Coordinate and manage employee benefits. * Supervise compliance with the Internal Work Regulations and internal policies. * Supervise and promote order and discipline among employees. * Execute recruitment and selection processes according to established manuals and procedures. * Administer and maintain the job board database, organized by position, for internal reference. * Prepare and ensure biweekly payroll calculation, coordinating with the accounting firm. * Generate Balanced Scorecard calculations according to procedure. * Conduct, schedule, and present results of employee performance evaluations. * Conduct, schedule, and present results of workplace climate surveys. * Organize social, sports, and cultural events to foster employee integration. * Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, analyzing additional market-based improvement alternatives. * Develop strategic plans to fill vacancies in the shortest possible time. * Prepare job offers and personnel hiring proposals. * Maintain and archive physical and digital departmental files. * Create content and publish information across various internal communication channels (bulletin boards, Bitrix, newsletters). * Act as the company’s representative in personnel-related matters. * Draft, renew, and terminate fixed-term and indefinite-term employment contracts. * Provide written feedback to employees. * Request access credentials, equipment, and tools for new hires. * Coordinate and deliver onboarding for new hires. * Administer and monitor attendance, schedules, and incentives; file, record, and publish such data per procedure. **Requirements and Experience:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field. • English language proficiency: 95%. * Impeccable spelling. * Excellent personal presentation. * Advanced knowledge of labor regulatory frameworks. * Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel administration. * Proficiency in MS Office applications. * Design and implementation of regulatory frameworks. **Competencies and Skills:** * Self-directed, organized, disciplined, and committed. * Leadership, proactive, and dynamic. * Service- and results-oriented. * Negotiation, persuasion, and organizational skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Ability to work effectively in teams. **We Offer:** * Highly competitive compensation. * 12 vacation days upon first company anniversary, with periodic increases. * 2 paid days off starting from the second company anniversary, in addition to vacation days with periodic increases. * Statutory benefits.
