Experience with reverse osmosis systems and water treatment. Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365\. Responsible, proactive individual with a service-oriented attitude. Willingness to relocate (Cancún). Experience in Operation and maintenance of reverse osmosis systems. Replacement of filters, membranes, and consumables. Diagnosis and correction of operational failures. Monitoring and control of water quality parameters. Filtration, softening, and disinfection systems. Equipment cleaning and sanitization. Basic maintenance of dosing pumps. Preparation of technical reports and customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Supervise proper operation of reverse osmosis equipment. Conduct site inspections and service reporting. Follow up on operational incidents. Provide technical support and customer service.
