Your primary mission will be to lead the recruitment, selection, and hiring of operational staff in high volumes for the mass consumer sector, ensuring our workforce remains fully staffed and strengthened to meet production and distribution objectives. **Your Key Challenges** * **Speed and Volume:** Fill critical operational vacancies within tight timelines while maintaining quality in every hire. * **KPI Management:** Monitor and update recruitment KPIs to ensure achievement of *headcount* targets. * **Attraction Strategies:** Optimize use of digital channels and organic strategies to maximize reach for our vacancies. **Key Responsibilities** * **Recruitment Cycle:** Execute attraction processes for high-volume operational vacancies. * **Comprehensive Assessment:** Coordinate and conduct interviews, telephone screenings, psychometric assessments, and follow-up on medical exams. * **Field and Online Presence:** Implement recruitment strategies across social media, local job boards, and job fairs. * **Reporting:** Generate periodic reports on progress, time-to-fill metrics, and effectiveness of recruitment sources. **Essential Requirements** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** of specialized experience in **mass and operational recruitment**. * **Required Industries:** Demonstrable prior experience in **Human Resources, Food Manufacturing, or Retail (Supermarkets)**. * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency with platforms such as **Pandapé, OCC**, and professional social networks. * **Competencies:** Strong negotiation skills, assertive communication, and resilience to work under pressure. **Ideal Candidate Criteria** * **Employment Stability:** Minimum **2-year tenure** history in previous roles. * **Profile:** Service-oriented, proactive, and adept at teamwork in plant environments. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Base Salary:** $13,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 MXN monthly. * **Statutory Benefits:** Effective from the first day of employment. * **Work Environment:** Collaborative and dynamic environment within an industry-leading company. **Are you an expert at connecting talent with the best operational opportunities?** Apply today and join our team in Tecamachalco!
