Sector: Automotive industry Location: On-site employment Job Type: Full-time Requirements \- Age: 25 to 35 years \- Education: High school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor's degree in: \- Computer Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Networks, Telecommunications, or related fields. \- Minimum experience: 2 verifiable years \- Experience in end-user technical support \- Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, systems, and computer equipment maintenance \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite \- Availability to handle incidents and perform operational follow-up \- Preferred experience in automotive or industrial companies Schedule Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Job Responsibilities \- Provide technical support to users regarding hardware, software, networking, and telephony \- Administer and maintain the company’s technological infrastructure \- Install, configure, and monitor: Computers, printers, networks, email systems, operating systems, user access, and accounts \- Diagnose and resolve failures in equipment, networks, systems, and connectivity \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals \- Assist in server administration, backups, antivirus, and cybersecurity \- Document incidents, solutions, and activities performed \- Track support tickets and internal reports \- Ensure operational continuity of IT services within the plant or facility Desirable Knowledge \- First- and second-level user support \- LAN/WAN networks, structured cabling, and connectivity \- Maintenance of PCs, laptops, and printers \- Basic server and backup administration \- Active Directory, user account and permission management \- Configuration of switches, access points, and network devices \- Basic cybersecurity Desired Skills \- Analytical and problem-solving ability \- Sense of urgency \- Organization and follow-up capability \- Teamwork \- Service-oriented attitude \- Responsibility and confidentiality \- Effective communication with users and operational departments We Offer \- Competitive salary \- Statutory benefits \- Option for indefinite-term contract \- Complimentary uniforms \- Professional development We seek a candidate with experience in technical support, systems, and infrastructure, capable of meeting the technological needs of an automotive company, ensuring operational continuity, timely user support, and proper functioning of the IT infrastructure.
