Job Summary: Bonafont Garrafones is seeking a Quality Assistant to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, hygiene, and the quality management system at the Puebla plant. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable experience in food or beverage production plants 2. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Hygiene 3. Monitor the entire production process and verify water quality Bonafont Garrafones is looking for your talent as a **Quality Assistant** for the Puebla Plant. **Requirements:** **\-** Availability to work rotating shifts (4 working days and 3 days off). \- Prior experience in plants, production, or food/beverage quality is desirable. \- Preferably experience in food production. \- Education: Engineering / Bachelor's Degree / TSU in Chemistry, Industrial, Environmental, or related fields. **Responsibilities:** \- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Hygiene Practices, and requirements of the Quality and Food Safety Management System for site operations and operational personnel. \- Maintain quality controls and reports. \- Perform monitoring of the entire production process. \- Verify water and process-related characteristics. \- Actively participate in meeting requirements established during audits. \- Conduct appropriate verification of optimal operation of laboratory measurement equipment. **We Offer:** **\-** Base salary \+ weekly food vouchers. \- Monthly performance bonus. \- Punctuality bonus. \- Attendance bonus. \- 10% savings fund. \- Food vouchers. \- Savings account. \- Life insurance. \- Major medical expense insurance. \- Danone benefits.
