




Position Summary: ETN Turistar Lujo is seeking a Sales Manager to supervise staff, ensure facilities are in good condition, and address complaints—maintaining quality and operational efficiency. Handling administrative operations and customer service ETN Turistar Lujo requires: Sales Manager Requirements: Education: Completed high school diploma 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the motor transport industry Experience in administrative tasks, handling cash, performing cash reconciliations and drawer audits, and coordinating with cash security companies Personnel management and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Experience with sales performance indicators Availability to work rotating shifts across three shifts Responsibilities: Supervise assigned staff to ensure completion of assigned duties. Ensure assigned facilities are in perfect condition, properly maintained, and fully operational—including signage and all elements contributing to corporate image. Address complaints arising at the ticket booth—whether from customers or staff under supervision—by listening to concerns and providing timely solutions to prevent conflicts that could harm the organization. Supervise that the ticket booth maintains necessary operational materials and cleanliness, ensuring a positive image and service for users. Train and keep staff up-to-date on procedures and standards. Evaluate staff performance according to established quality models, supporting identification of training needs and delivering relevant training. Prepare and submit daily sales reports, collecting requested information to record and control cash inflows, thereby verifying ticket booth productivity. Clarify doubts and resolve operational issues. Generate and monitor sales performance indicators.
