Job Description: We are seeking a Physicochemical Analyst responsible for performing quality and safety analyses on raw materials and products, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field. Experience in physicochemical analysis (desirable in the food industry). Knowledge of laboratory and analytical equipment operation. Main Responsibilities: * Apply physicochemical and entomological analysis methods to raw materials, ingredients, semi-finished, and finished products. * Prepare reagents for various areas: quality laboratory, production, auxiliary services, formulation, and research & development. * Conduct sensory evaluations of finished products and shelf-life studies. * Perform pesticide residue analysis using gas chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). * Evaluate physicochemical and sensory parameters in shelf-life studies to ensure established expiration dates. * Verify conformity of raw materials for supplier qualification. * Support testing for the development of new formulations and products. * Monitor and track retained samples for deviation or customer complaint investigations.
