Position Summary: Responsible for the release and audit of materials, in-process products, and finished goods, ensuring quality and managing customer complaints by applying quality systems and tools. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems and Core Tools. 2. Quality management in production processes, including plastic injection. 3. Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Releases raw materials and components according to Control Plan specifications in the Receiving Inspection area. • Performs release and management of processes according to applicable Control Plans and procedures. • Audits products and processes on production lines in accordance with the Control Plan. • Audits finished products in accordance with the Control Plan and relevant product audits. • Manages the inspection and test status of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods per work instructions and procedures. • Generates and manages containment and corrective actions in response to customer complaints regarding product quality. • Prepares technical documentation related to duties described in Control Plans, procedures, and work instructions. • SKILLS: o Organized, responsible, articulate, leadership-oriented, demonstrates reliability in work, good interpersonal relationships, effective communicator, conflict management capability. o Ability to work under pressure. o Negotiation skills. • EXPERIENCE.
