




Position Summary: Coordinate and manage budgetary resources, machinery, and equipment to ensure production plans, while participating in managerial strategies to achieve production goals. Teamwork coordination Position Objective: Manage budgetary resources, QLP, machinery, and available equipment through supervision coordination to guarantee production plans established in AOP and/or Forecast. Participate in strategies directed by management with the objective of achieving defined goals for the Production Coordinator. Education: Completed degree in: Food Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and ensure receipt and preparation of fresh raw materials and ingredients with the work team. * Coordinate preparation of filling lines to ensure compliance with the production plan and movement of raw materials and ingredients. * Coordinate preparation of equipment to ensure thermal processing according to the production plan. * Manage and actively participate in failure analysis; agree upon maintenance plans based on the loss tree with the Maintenance Department. * Verify compliance with the Hazard Control Plan and follow-up on action plans for related events, aiming to reduce quality and safety incidents. * Build and analyze indicators to achieve departmental collective goals. * Develop action plans in response to deviations that risk goal achievement. * Manage and optimize resources to reduce waste of each raw material, ingredient, primary and secondary packaging material, aiming to decrease cost impact. * Generate and validate SAP system-recorded information regarding consumption, labor hour notifications, production output, and stoppages, to ensure completion of manufacturing orders. * Guarantee QLP requirements according to timing, with minimum cost impact, by requesting QLP in advance to meet production plan needs, monitoring contract expirations and/or extensions, to maintain the minimum required QLP. * Develop and implement the competency matrix to keep QLP trained on various operations and critical points (PPRÓ and PCC). * Promote teamwork through continuous development of the work team by defining activities, objectives, and aligned strategies to achieve the company’s collective goals.
