Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the operation and adjustment of injection molding machines, handling of engineering resins, mold setup, and optimization of manufacturing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in operation and adjustment of injection molding machines. 2. Handling of engineering resins and setup of molds and machines. 3. Leadership, effective communication, and decision-making. Technical Knowledge: Solid experience in operation and adjustment of injection molding machines (BMB, KRAUSS MAFFEI, WITTMANN BATTENFELD, HAITIAN, etc.) Handling of engineering resins (PA6, PA66, ABS, PC, POM, LDPE, PP) In-depth knowledge of mold and machine setup Hot/cold runner systems. Process parameter handling and control Troubleshooting of defects Robot programming and adjustment SAP proficiency: Manufacturing order management (release, confirmation, and closure). Time and Motion Studies: Ability to conduct time studies to standardize processes and eliminate bottlenecks. Motion analysis to optimize workstations and reduce fatigue or time waste. Optimization of machine cycles and reduction of idle time. Measurement and optimization of SMED for rapid changeovers Skills: Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead teams toward common goals. Effective Communication: Fluency in reporting to management and coordinating with other departments such as maintenance or quality. Decision-Making: Prompt resolution of technical or personnel issues on the shop floor.
