Job Summary: We are seeking an engineering professional with experience in general maintenance and leadership of technical teams, capable of managing complex systems and ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of technical teams in general maintenance. 2. Management of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and HVAC systems. 3. Commitment to quality and safety in maintenance operations. Education: Degree in Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field; Preferred: Specialized courses in HVAC, electricity, safety standards, and renewable energy. Experience: 5 years of experience in general maintenance, preferably in hotels or hospitality companies, with experience leading technical teams. Knowledge: Electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance; Pumping systems, boilers, emergency power plants, and elevators; Industrial safety and civil protection regulations; Budget and inventory management; Preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Competencies and Skills: * Leadership and ability to coordinate teams. * Planning and organization. * Technical problem-solving and decision-making. * Working under pressure and responding to emergencies. * Effective communication with operational and executive departments. * Commitment to quality and safety.
