Position Summary: Responsible for payroll preparation, calculation, registration, and stamping, ensuring compliance with labor and tax obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Weekly payroll calculation and preparation, and CFDI receipt stamping 2. Management of IMSS, IDSE, SUA, and government portals 3. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and the Social Security Law **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Ensure accurate payroll preparation, calculation, registration, and stamping, guaranteeing compliance with labor, tax, and social security obligations, and providing reliable information to administrative and executive departments. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Weekly payroll calculation and preparation * Stamping and cancellation of CFDI payroll receipts. * Calculation of earnings, deductions, overtime, vacations, disabilities, and incidents. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications with IMSS. * Determination and payment of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other agency contributions. * Preparation of SUA and submission of movements. * Payroll accounting reconciliation and journal entry preparation. * Generation of payroll reports for management, human resources, and accounting. * Support in calculating taxes derived from payroll and fulfilling tax obligations. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory) **EXPERIENCE** * 2–4 years of specific experience in payroll processing. * Proficiency in IMSS, IDSE, SUA, and government portals. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Federal Labor Law * Social Security Law * Payroll Income Tax (ISR) * Statutory benefits * Calculation of severance payments and liquidations * Payroll CFDI 4\.0 * Payroll system proficiency (e.g., CONTPAQi Nóminas, NOI, Aspel, SUA, IDSE, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Discounted cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
