We are currently seeking talent for the position of "**Plastic Injection Technician**" **Job Requirements** * Minimum technical education in related fields. * Minimum 4 years’ experience specifically as an injection machine technician for 2300-ton Engel and Haitian machines. * Advanced conversational English communication skills (availability to support U.S. plants). * Valid passport and visa preferred. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Technical Skills** * Adjustment and optimization of injection parameters (pressure, speed, time, temperature). * Mold changeover, assembly, and disassembly. * Startup and stabilization of new molds and products. * Process problem resolution (flash, short shots, warpage, burns, sink marks, etc.). * Knowledge of plastic materials: ABS, PP, PC, PA, POM, among others. * Operation of injection molding machines (Haitian, Engel, Krauss Maffei, Arburg, etc.). * Operation of peripherals: chillers, hoppers, conveyors, temperature controllers, grinders, robots. * Interpretation of drawings, specifications, and process sheets. * Basic preventive maintenance of molds and machines. * Documentation of process parameters and compliance with quality standards. **Competencies** * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and quality focus. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. * Effective communication with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams. * Responsibility and adherence to industrial safety standards. * Proactivity and continuous improvement orientation. **Benefits and Additional Perks** * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund Salary: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
