Your primary focus will be ensuring compliance with production volumes, efficiency targets, and Audi’s internal standards—all within the framework of current legal regulations. This position is critical for strategic resource management, **budget** control, continuous improvement of our production processes, and supporting strategic plant projects. **Main Responsibilities:** **Staffing Planning and Management:** Direct short-, medium-, and long-term **planning** of technical personnel staffing. This includes considering key metrics such as **productivity**, absenteeism, vacations, and shift model optimization to maximize operational efficiency. **Productivity Indicators:** Consolidate, analyze, and report the status of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to **productivity**, providing vital information for strategic decision-making. **Budget Management:** Administer **budgets** assigned to direct personnel, ensuring availability of necessary resources to meet and exceed established production targets. **Continuous Improvement:** Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in production processes through internal and external benchmarking analysis. **Strategic Support:** Advise and provide methodological support to strategic project teams and continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency across all plant areas. **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all personnel management activities and plans comply with current legal regulations and Audi corporate standards. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in similar roles, preferably in the automotive or high-complexity manufacturing industry. ️ **Education:** University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge:** Solid expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.), data analysis tools, **budget** management, and **productivity** control. Experience in strategic human resource **planning**. **Skills:** Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and effectively manage multiple priorities.
