**Cost and Inventory Analyst.**
**Education:** Completed degree in Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management Engineering.
**Experience in:**
* Validating and reconciling accounting versus operational data, creating useful statistics that reflect the consumption of cost elements to determine production efficiency and behavior per SKU and product family.
* Conducting selective, cyclical physical inventory counts in finished goods warehouses, reconciling against theoretical inventory to determine and ensure inventory inputs such as:
1\.\-Value
2\.\-Turnover
3\.\-Obsolescence.
* Monthly reconciliation of direct purchases allocated to production versus budget, tracking acquisition costs to assess impact on transformation cost.
* Monitoring the closure of production, maintenance, and sanitation orders to ensure cost closures occur by corporate-established deadlines.
**Responsibilities:**
* Reviewing with production departments the accurate recording of manufacturing, maintenance, and sanitation orders.
* Validating bill-of-materials and routing sheets used for executing manufacturing orders.
* Reviewing cost centers (CeCo) and accounting accounts affecting costs; ensuring timely and proper closure of manufacturing orders.
* Identifying opportunities to reduce production costs.
* Participating in and validating physical inventories, as well as performing random inspections of raw material receipts.
* Reviewing donation processes, non-conforming products, destruction, and IBR.
