Teamwork and professional ethics WE ARE LOOKING FOR SPECIALIZED NURSES WITH A BACHELOR’S DEGREE (Diploma and Professional License Required), DIPLOMA OR SPECIALIZATION Departments (Operating Room, Pediatrics, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) **Job Objective:** To provide comprehensive, safe, and humanized care to hospitalized patients, ensuring compliance with established clinical and administrative protocols, thereby contributing to their recovery and well-being. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (diploma and professional license mandatory). **Minimum Experience:** 1–2 years in the field (Operating Room, Pediatrics, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) **Knowledge of:** Hospital procedures and management of postoperative or critically ill patients. Medication administration. Mexican official standards related to nursing and patient safety. Management and documentation of nursing notes in clinical records. **Main Responsibilities:** Assess patients upon admission and record their general condition. Administer medications according to medical prescriptions and document administration. Monitor vital signs and patient progress, promptly reporting any changes. Assist in medical and surgical procedures as directed. Maintain up-to-date clinical records with clear and accurate documentation. Collaborate in preventing healthcare-associated infections by adhering to control measures. Participate in shift handover reports and交接. **Competencies:** Empathy and service orientation. Teamwork.
