At Difarmer, we have a place for you as an Inventory Assistant. · Objective: Physically verify that inventory quantities and locations in the Company’s Warehouse and Storage areas match system records; detect irregularities; identify root causes; report findings; and propose corrective solutions for such deviations. · Work Location: Calle Internacional 1, Chachapa Industrial Park, CP 72990 (residence near the Chachapa/Amozoc area is mandatory) · Business Type: Pharmaceutical distributor. Requirements: Education: Completed high school, completed or incomplete technical degree. Skills: Organized, analytical, objective, dynamic, and proactive; availability to rotate between morning and evening shifts. · Knowledge: Inventory auditing and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred); strong verbal communication skills. · Work Experience: Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience in similar activities within inventory and auditing functions. · Responsibilities: Verify existence of inventory recorded in the Company’s financial statements. Analyze data and results from inventory audits and present them to the Inventory and Returns Supervisor. Record inventory shortages. Support expiration date control for pharmaceutical products stored in the warehouse. Organize merchandise in the warehouse. Assist in identifying root causes of customer shortage claims. Remove items from inventory for return to suppliers (items that have undergone the inventory receiving process), exercising judgment and objectivity in required tasks. · We Offer: Starting salary $10,380.00 MXN per month. Economic increase of up to $2,590 after 6 months (subject to performance evaluation).
