FARMACIAS DEL AHORRO Seeking: PHARMACY MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: * Completed bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing) KNOWLEDGE: * Pharmacy * Point-of-sale systems * Basic accounting * Customer service * Inventory administration and management Responsibilities: * Communicate objectives and expectations to staff. * Analyze sales indicators and their progress percentages. * Prepare daily sales reports as well as daily, weekly, biweekly, or ad-hoc checklists and reports. * Liaise with relevant authorities regarding audits, routine inspections, or legal process notifications. * Update pharmacy activity control folders. * Ensure proper use and administration of both cash and branch assets by applying established service processes, protocols, and current policies. * Deliver cash according to current regulatory policies and procedures. * Talent Management * Register new branch employees in the system. * Ensure supervised staff comply with the internal work regulations, internal policies, legal guidelines, and service protocols. * Evaluate supervised staff by measuring performance, providing feedback, and training them in areas for improvement * To deliver better customer service. * Motivate supervised staff by explaining the benefits of increasing their sales. * Ensure all pharmacy staff understand their responsibilities and tasks and have the necessary supplies * To carry out their daily duties. * Ensure training for newly hired staff. * Foster a productive and pleasant work environment within a framework of compliance, order, and cleanliness.
