Administrative tasks and KPI reporting **Tubos y Barras is seeking a Commercial Agent at Parque Industrial Puebla \- Puebla, Puebla** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **EXTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE** **Objective:** Achieve the sales targets set by the sales department in the metal-mechanical sector, understand customer needs, and conduct negotiations that drive company growth. **Requirements:** * Engineering or related bachelor's degree in metallurgy or similar field * Prior experience in sales as an executive, analyst, or assistant — preferably one year * Personal vehicle required * Knowledge of piping, hollow and solid bars, carbon steel and stainless steel products and standards **Responsibilities:** * Administrative tasks, prospecting, quotation, follow-up, and closing of sales * Follow-up on existing customer portfolio and development of new customers * Data entry into the company’s internal CRM * Preparation of reports (KPIs) * Establishment of processes and methodologies to achieve objectives **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $12,480, paid biweekly via BBVA * Food vouchers: 10% * Savings fund: 5% * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Guaranteed bonus of $3,000 per month (learning curve incentive) * Fuel allowance based on daily route **At the Plant:** * Commissions based on sales targets (average commissions: $5,000\) * Productivity bonus: 5% * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance Work location: Calle G.
