Responsible and committed **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for serving and preparing beverages for customers; manages inventory and controls supplies in the area, ensures proper use of each item, and maintains order and cleanliness of all equipment according to quality and hygiene standards at the National Equestrian Catering Event at Harás del Bosque. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Classical Mixology knowledge is essential * Experience in the field * Customer service and attention * Flexible availability * Responsible and committed **MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Prior to preparing beverages, the area must be in perfect sanitary condition. 2\. Prepare beverages according to order instructions, recipes, and establishment standards. 3\. Serve beverages at the recommended temperature using appropriate service equipment, per establishment policies. 4\. Prepare necessary equipment and supplies for service delivery. 5\. Clean and prepare areas for bar service. 6\. Identify customer needs and confirm them to meet diners’ demands. 7\. Apply standard procedures, recipes, wines, and liquors from the bar to deliver quality service to customers. 8\.
