Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this position is to supervise and manage activities carried out by the store team, ensuring proper implementation of protocols and customer service standards. Oversee flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing through actions that generate higher profitability and cost control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality standards in service delivery by monitoring flawless execution of team processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business-defined metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct operational checklists at the store. \- Execute actions to maintain up-to-date inventory, product facing and shelving, as well as store order and cleanliness. \- Evaluate direct reports using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school education.
