




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to analyze sales, supervise teams, meet targets, ensure CRM usage and customer history maintenance, and manage returns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and supervises sales teams to achieve targets. 2. Analyzes sales performance and customer service. 3. Negotiates with customers and manages the returns process. We want your talent! Sales Supervisor Main Responsibilities: · Sales Analysis: Customers by industry, by region, by brand; declining sales. 1. Supervise the Link Advisor team according to policies, regulations, and work plans. 2. Achieve sales targets per portfolio. 3. Confirm with each ADVISOR that monthly, semi-annual, and annual TARGETS and OBJECTIVES are clearly understood. 4. Achieve 100% target fulfillment for operators served within each PORTFOLIO and REGION. 5. Ensure each ADVISOR’s route plans are accurately entered into the CRM. 6. Ensure ADVISORS use the CUSTOMER HISTORY so the full product catalog is promoted and expanded for each customer and REGION. 7. Update each advisor’s customer portfolios. 8. Plan Sales Advisors’ activities via CRM. 9. Supervise customer service quality. (Customer service quality surveys) · Returns 1. Strictly monitor the returns process. 2. Negotiate with customers to prevent returns. Requirements: Education: **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or Business Management.
