Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. * Experience as a manager or assistant manager in retail stores. * Experience with planograms and KPIs. * Experience in personnel management and conflict resolution. * Experience in supplier relations and merchandise receiving. * Knowledge of cash handling, sales, cash audits, and customer service.
