Autonomy to execute commercial strategies in the field **PAYROLL LOAN MANAGER** At Exitus Credit, we seek field-oriented, results-driven commercial leaders with proven experience in payroll loan placements. This role is designed for professionals who lead through execution, accompany their teams in the field, and convert objectives into tangible results. **Responsibilities** * Lead and execute payroll loan placements within the assigned area. * Lead, activate, and accompany commercial teams in the field. * Drive customer acquisition, closing, and growth of loan placements. * Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. * Monitor performance indicators focused on results. * Ensure achievement of the branch’s monthly targets. **Requirements** * Mandatory experience in payroll loans and/or direct-debit loans. * 1–2 years of experience in similar positions (Commercial Manager or Supervisor). * Demonstrable leadership experience managing sales teams in the field. * Fully commercial profile, goal-oriented. * Availability to work 80% in the field. * Knowledge of cross-selling strategies. **We Offer** * Base salary: $12,500 to $18,500, negotiable based on experience * Bonuses for target achievement * Timely payroll payment. * Autonomy to execute commercial strategies in the field. * Role with high impact on results and professional growth
