




Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales Manager for Pasteurizadora Maulec, responsible for maximizing revenue, coordinating marketing efforts, and maintaining customer relationships. We are Pasteurizadora Maulec, a Mexican company with over 40 years of experience in the production and commercialization of **ultra-pasteurized dairy products.** Our commitment to quality, innovation, and food safety has positioned us as an industry benchmark, and we seek to welcome a **Sales Manager** to our team. **Position Objective** Achieve the sales budget for each assigned customer through an acceptable service level and close customer relationship. **Responsibilities** * Manage sales strategies to maximize revenue. * Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns. * Analyze market trends and adjust strategies according to needs. * Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. * Administer and guide Sell-Out and Sell-In KPIs. **Requirements** * Prior experience in sales and team leadership. * Achievement of sales budget/NS. * Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. * Advanced communication and negotiation skills. * Power BI. * Excel. **Benefits** * Salary: $30,000–$35,000 per month. * Year-end bonus: 15 days in the first year, 30 days starting from the second year. * Meal subsidy. * Vacation bonus: 25%. * Sunday premium: 30%. * Bonuses for birthdays, work anniversaries, and perfect attendance (monthly and annual). * Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Savings fund.
