Promote digitalization and new technologies within the company. **Position Objective** Comprehensively lead and manage the transportation company, ensuring profitability, sustainable growth, service quality, operational safety, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining a strategic and competitive market outlook. **Main Responsibilities** · Define and implement the company’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives. · Oversee the efficiency of routes, fleets, logistics, and maintenance. · Approve budgets and control costs. · Design sales, marketing, and business relationship strategies. · Motivate and develop the executive team. · Promote process digitalization and adoption of new technologies. · Represent the company before regulatory authorities and industry associations. **Profile** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
