In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of training programs and coordinating training-related activities. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate logistics for internal and external courses. * Support the creation of manuals, instructional materials, and presentations. * Support compliance with training regulations (e.g., STPS in Mexico). * Participate in onboarding new employees.
