Location: Rafael Lara Grajales, Puebla. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in Labor Relations. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Job Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain labor relations with employees and unionized staff. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and occupational safety regulations. * Coordinate administrative activities related to personnel and payroll. * Participate in the resolution of labor conflicts. * Recruitment for operational positions. * Contract renewals. * Pre\-payroll. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Gross monthly salary of $14,000 pesos. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Continuous training and personal development programs.
