Flexibility regarding variable logistics schedules Ideal Candidate Profile To ensure punctual and incident-free deliveries, the candidate must have: * **Highway Experience:** Knowledge of federal routes and road safety protocols. * **Sense of Responsibility:** Extreme care for cargo and vehicle. * **Flexibility:** Understanding that logistics schedules may vary due to traffic, loading, or destination procedures. * **Documentation:** Commercial Driver's License (mandatory in Puebla). **Salary**: $14,000 MXN free (net) per month **Payment Schedule**: Biweekly **Benefits**: Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, year-end bonus) **Critical Requirement**: Valid Commercial Driver's License issued by the State of Puebla **Work Schedule**: Monday to Saturday (full availability required for logistics) Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $11,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company vehicle Education: * Partial or ongoing high school diploma (preferred) License/Certification: * Commercial Driver's License (mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
