Description
* Daily follow-up on internal complaints and support containment activities.
* Monitor quality defects in production and ensure compliance with acceptance criteria.
* Generate and manage master samples by program and appearance level.
* Generate quality alerts, visual aids, work instructions, inspection routes, and area documentation.
* Support the implementation and monitoring of the Stop Scrap methodology.
* Participate in product audits and dimensional or visual validations.
* Document quality findings and track corrective actions.
* Support the development of training sessions and workshops (First Piece Release, Poka Yoke, 5S, Self-Inspection, QRCI, Stop Scrap).
* Implementation of the Kan\-ban methodology for parts entry into the laboratory.
* Support the implementation of SPC.
Strategic Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
* Participate in root cause analysis using basic quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.).
* Participate in process and product audits.
* Collaborate with production, process, and maintenance departments to reduce quality issues.
* Contribute to the standardization of quality criteria and practices in the injection area.
