Focus on quality, results, and customer service **Apply for: LABORATORY TECHNICIAN** **Requirements:** Graduate or intern in **Chemical-Biological, Clinical, or Medical** fields, to join a project focused on supply management and operations in medical units. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years operating public sector procurement processes. * Minimum of 2 years preparing proposals for public tenders. * Project administration. * Coordination of work teams. * Interaction and negotiation with public sector suppliers and clients. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Execute budget minimum and maximum compliance for each assigned medical unit, by accurately entering inventory counts into the GENERA system (error-free), timely and correctly. 2\. Maintain supply and/or reagent performance standards above 90%, via the internal GENERA system. 3\. Enter inventories into the system timely and correctly, verifying that inventory levels meet the requirements of each medical unit. 4\. Comply with contractual specifications for each assigned medical unit. 5\. Comply with guidelines established by the Quality Management System. 6\. Adhere to directives issued by the General Directorate to fulfill, maintain, and improve internal and/or external customer service policies, as well as customer satisfaction regarding the services provided, maintaining presence and proximity to customers. 7\.
