Job Summary: We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to manage supplies and operations in medical units, with experience in public sector tenders and team coordination. Key Points: 1. Public Sector tender experience (minimum 3 years) 2. Preparation of proposals for public tenders (minimum 2 years) 3. Project administration and team coordination **Hiring: LABORATORY TECHNICIAN** **Requirements:** Graduate or intern in **Chemical\-Biological, Clinical, or Medical** disciplines, to join a project focused on supply management and operations in medical units. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years operating tender processes in the Public Sector. * Minimum 2 years preparing proposals for public tenders. * Project administration. * Team coordination. * Interaction and negotiation with public sector suppliers and clients. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Execute compliance with minimum and maximum budget levels for each assigned medical unit, by entering inventory counts into the GENERA system (error\-free), timely and accurately. 2\. Maintain supply and/or reagent performance standards above 90%, via the internal GENERA system. 3\. Enter inventories into the system timely and accurately, verifying that inventory levels meet the requirements of each medical unit. 4\. Comply with contractual specifications for each assigned medical unit. 5\. Comply with guidelines established by the Quality Management System. 6\. Adhere to directives issued by the General Directorate to fulfill, maintain, and improve internal and/or external customer service policies, as well as customer satisfaction regarding the services provided, while maintaining visibility and proximity to the customer. 7\.
