Position Summary: A Laboratory Technician is required to manage and ensure compliance with quality processes and standards in medical units. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality, results, and interpersonal development **We are seeking: LABORATORY TECHNICIAN** **Requirements:** Graduate or intern pursuing a Bachelor's and/or Technical degree in Chemical-Biological, Clinical, and/or Medical fields. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years operating tender processes in the public sector. * Minimum of 2 years preparing proposals for public tenders. * Project administration. * Team coordination. * Interaction and negotiation with suppliers and public-sector clients. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Execute budget minimum and maximum compliance for each assigned medical unit, by accurately entering counts into the GENERA system (without errors), on time and as required. 2\. Maintain supply and/or reagent performance standards above 90%, via the internal GENERA system. 3\. Enter inventory data into the system on time and as required, verifying that inventory levels meet the needs of each medical unit. 4\. Comply with contractual specifications for each assigned medical unit. 5\. Comply with guidelines established by the Quality Management System. 6\. Adhere to directives issued by the General Directorate to fulfill, maintain, and improve internal and/or external customer service policies, as well as customer satisfaction regarding the services provided, while maintaining visibility and proximity to the customer. 7\.
