We believe authentic, well-produced content backed by data is the key to building strong digital communities. **JOB OBJECTIVE** We seek a passionate, proactive Digital Content Creator with a strong aesthetic eye to join our team in Mazatlán. Your mission will be to design, film, edit, and publish high-impact content for our clients—driving growth of their social media communities through a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) using Adobe Suite, CapCut, and/or Canva. * Record content using professional cameras and drones, paying close attention to visual aesthetics and brand narrative. * Design static (graphics), motion, and multimedia posts aligned with each client’s brand identity. * Develop brand narratives (storytelling) that emotionally resonate with audiences and reinforce each client’s brand identity. * Plan and execute content calendars, meeting all deadlines with full commitment. * Monitor platform trends and proactively propose innovative ideas. * Manage and grow social media communities (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). * Analyze metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and adjust strategy based on data. * Collaborate with the team to ensure content meets client objectives. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience in video creation and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or CapCut, Canva). * Knowledge of photography and videography; experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras. * Drone operation experience. * Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility to adapt to diverse brand styles. * Ability to craft authentic brand narratives (storytelling) that foster audience connection. * Proactivity: proposes ideas without being prompted. * Consistent, timely delivery of work without reminders. * Familiarity with social media metrics and KPIs. * Residency in Mazatlán and availability for travel. **DESIRED SKILLS (PLUS)** * Prior experience managing multiple accounts. * Creative writing and copywriting for social media. * Personal vehicle (desirable for transportation to filming locations). * Basic knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms. * Portfolio showcasing content with documented growth results. **HOW TO APPLY?** Send your CV, portfolio, and examples of videos you’ve edited or produced to: **hola@merkadex.com** In the email subject line, write: ***"Application — Digital Content Creator"*** We will contact only candidates who meet the profile requirements.
