The Hunter must plan and execute persuasive strategies to onboard top accounts in the market while collaborating closely with mid- to senior-level management, operations leads, and restaurant staff. Therefore, we seek individuals with deep market knowledge and outstanding sales skills. Role Responsibilities: * Prospect clients, diagnose their requirements, and build tailored value solutions for each. * Identify and collaborate closely with decision-makers at our business partners. * Establish commercial relationships with partner restaurants, building and fostering long-term, win-win partnerships. * Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data accuracy. * Conduct precise, personalized follow-ups with each client. * Understand and internalize DiDi’s mission and purpose to continuously improve company performance. * Meet and exceed our partners’ expectations and commitments by delivering excellence in service. * Develop action plans and ensure their implementation to achieve established goals. * Visit restaurants to identify their needs and follow up on partnership opportunities to meet performance metrics and sales targets. Role Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of commercial experience. * Hunter mindset: organized, proactive, competitive, and autonomous; able to work under clear deadlines and remain goal-oriented. * Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade others to accept service/solution concepts that may differ from their own perspectives. * Ability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with challenging goals. * Interpersonal skills: capable of maintaining constructive, assertive, collaborative, and cooperative working relationships with internal and external clients and cross-functional organizations. * Strong sales, negotiation, and persistence skills to achieve objectives. * Client prospecting ability, with deep understanding of client needs to accurately diagnose requirements. * Intermediate Excel proficiency.
