Job Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Engineer to administer and control fleet documentation, ensuring the validity and certification of all units.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fleet document administration and control
2. Monitoring and coordination for CTPAT certification
3. Comprehensive management of vehicle operations and transportation logistics
**Requirements:**
**Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering or related field (no students; degree must be completed)**
**Experience: Preferred experience in fleet administration or logistics area, minimum 6 months**
**Responsibilities**
· Ensure proper control of fleet unit insurance policies
· Manage and track the validity of all fleet documentation
· Control and securely store unit liability letters
· Administer all documentation related to services with suppliers and agencies
· Collect and securely store unit documents
· Maintain current procedures for cross-border units
· Monitor and coordinate CTPAT certification efforts
