GEELY LEON SUR IS SEEKING A PARTS COORDINATOR DUE TO EXPANSION PARTS COORDINATOR: **Profile:** **Marital Status:** Any **Education:** Technical degree, bachelor's degree, or engineering degree **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years **Personal Presentation:** Excellent appearance, friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, etc. **Other Requirements:** Ability to communicate effectively with users, supplier management skills, teamwork capability, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, ability to work under pressure, valid driver's license, etc. **Responsibilities:** * Inventory level control (maintaining inventory at appropriate levels) through placing stock parts orders that adequately meet demand * Reviewing and controlling obsolete inventory levels * Monitoring and controlling sales levels by reviewing part costs and profits * Complying with guidelines established in the current Basic Process Guide * Monitoring the credit line for parts procurement * Reviewing order tracking reports to verify their accuracy * Reconciling parts invoices issued to Geely * Monitoring monthly and quarterly progress toward objectives set forth in the current Geely Incentive Program * Performing DMS maintenance tasks including cleaning and data purification * Preparing and analyzing monthly parts sales reports by area and parts category, and submitting them to the plant and administrative management * Verifying correct placement and dispatch of orders placed with Geely * Confirming proper receipt of newly arrived goods * Monitoring correct parts location and arrangement through partial inventories and stock-by-location report analysis * Supervising proper display of accessories and lifestyle items in the sales showroom * Conducting periodic, semi-annual, and annual physical inventories * Developing seasonal local promotional campaigns Salary: $19,999.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
