Position Summary: Tracusa, a Mexican transportation and logistics company, is seeking a Settlements Executive to manage timely payments to operators and perform administrative tasks in Silao, Guanajuato. We are currently seeking a new team member to join us as a **SETTLEMENTS EXECUTIVE**. This position is based in Silao, Guanajuato. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00\. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS**: · Age between 23 and 35 years · Technical Degree in Administration · Technological High School Diploma **Required Specific Competencies:** · Knowledge of travel expense policies · Sense of urgency · Logbook management · Customer service orientation · Minimum one year of verifiable prior experience in administrative activities and one year of experience interacting with operational staff. · Intermediate Excel proficiency · Availability to work Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM and Saturdays from 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Generate timely and reliable payments to operators, based on trips completed, route type, advances, and authorized expenses. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** · Prepare diesel reports including variances and charges · Generate driver settlements · Manage necessary administrative activities to complete the settlement process · Deliver training on topics related to settlements. **WE OFFER:** · Monthly salary of $12,000\.00, tax-free · Positive work environment and flexibility · Monthly food vouchers worth $600\.00\. · Statutory benefits.
