**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Ensure compliance with plant-level safety standards and procedures.
* Thoroughly understand and apply Unilever’s UMS management system on the shop floor.
* Report and resolve any deviations from standards by analyzing reported cards and reported AIs and CIs.
* Conduct regular safety walkthroughs on the shop floor and report and resolve each anomaly identified at the plant.
* Ensure implementation of safety standards such as PSM, CPE, MHE, MS, and general requirements.
* Deliver safety training to both permanent employees and contractors.
* Administer the contractor management system.
**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION?**
**Experience**
* 1 year as a Safety, Health, and Environment (SSHE) Supervisor or similar role.
* Knowledge and experience with UMS, STPS, PSM, contractor management systems, and work permit release processes.

* Mexican official regulations and labor legislation (proficiency in NOMs related to safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations), as well as basic international standards and guidelines such as NFPA and ISO.

* Emergency response plans (execution of response protocols for accidents, incidents, and natural events).
* Audits and inspections (ability to conduct effective periodic walkthroughs to identify unsafe conditions and acts; ability to detect anomalies or deviations during documentary audits).
